how it works
Every Art MOT follows the same three-stage process, but every session is completely tailored to you.
We recommend meeting face-to-face where possible, but Art MOTs can also take place online.
BEFORE THE SESSION
We’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire and send us your website, socials and any relevant material.
Before we meet, we’ll review your responses so we already understand your practice, your career and the challenges you’re facing.

Your private three-hour session with Jo Brooks and Will Harris. Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
What makes your work distinctive?
How are you currently positioned?
Which opportunities deserve your attention?
Where should you focus next?
The session is a tailored, wide-ranging conversation about your practice and career. Together, we'll look at what's working, what's getting in your way, where the strongest opportunities lie and what deserves your attention next.
AFTER THE SESSION
Following the session you’ll receive your Art MOT Report, a personalised strategic roadmap.
It captures our observations, recommendations, priorities and practical next steps, giving you a clear plan for the future.
